Cancellation & Refunds

Shiv Pharma believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.At Shiv Pharma, we provide digital diet plans that are delivered electronically via email/WhatsApp. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

📌 Order Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, cancellation is not possible, as the digital plan is processed instantly.
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct email address/WhatsApp number at the time of purchase.

📌 Refund Policy

  • Since our diet plans are digital and personalized, we follow a No Refund Policy after the plan has been delivered.
  • Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
    1. If the payment was made but no diet plan was delivered within 48 hours.
    2. If you were charged more than once for the same order.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

📌 Replacement Policy

  • If you do not receive the file due to technical issues (spam filter, email bounce, wrong number), kindly contact our support team.
  • We will re-send the digital plan at no extra cost once details are verified.
